1st Hand Accounts of Ben Smith's Actions

These are audio files of a person that particpated in ex parte conversations with Ben Smith regarding the Plan Tomorrow Plan while he was being influenced and receiving "pressure" from several sources; (Conversations NOT EMAILS). This person spoke to judge Smith on 9/20 (less than 36 hours after the hearing); while the case was still under his  jurisdiction.
