Ms. Jolly has been caught in numerous deceptions, both on and off of the campaign trail, to the point that informed voters don’t trust her to represent their best interests.
In May of 2019, she claimed a homestead exemption on a very expensive property in Collin County, in which she did not intend to reside (see proof here: jamee_jolly_tax_or_election_fraud ). It is against the law to claim a homestead exemption on a property without living there (keep in mind that her husband is the highest officer in the Texas Realtor Association, so they were well aware of the law). She only filed the paperwork in 2022 to change her homestead exemption to the actual property where she had been residing when she got caught, because numerous Precinct Chairs brought a resolution to the Collin County GOP Executive Committee.
This resolution of condemnation of Jolly exposed the fact for over 2 years, she had been living at a residence which is valued at less than half of the cost of the property where she was illegally claiming a homestead exemption. For this reason, she has no endorsements from the hundreds of current grassroots, informed Precinct Chairs in Collin County;
whereas her opponent has earned the support of almost every GOP Precinct Chair!
Which kind of endorsement is more trustworthy: his endorsements from concerned grassroots Patriots, or Jolly’s endorsements from mega-donor lobbyists who stand to profit from her votes? While Jolly was benefiting from a lower property tax bill under her illegal homestead exemption, fellow taxpayers were suffering under the crushing property tax raises that she supported! Despite her disingenuous campaign promises to support lower taxes now, at the 8-27-2018 Plano City Council Meeting,( https://planotx.swagit.com/play/08272018-1363) she was video recorded adamantly urging council members to vote in favor of a tax rate that resulted in a 40% increase in most homeowner’s city tax bill in only five years.

This is is just the tip of the iceberg. In 2012, a tax lean in the amount of $11611.72 was placed on her home at 2210 Bengal Lane, for non-payment of taxes. The taxes were due in 2008, and she didn’t pay them until 2014!
Jolly, while President of the Plano Chamber of Commerce, facilitated sweet heart deals with corporations using tax payer funds: https://texasscorecard.com/state/texas-officials-forcing-citizens-to-fund-special-deals-with-leftist-corporations/
Texas Officials Forcing Citizens to Fund Special Deals With Leftist Corporations
”Texans are calling for their officials to finally end the unjust special deals with big businesses—especially corporations fighting against citizens’ values and principles.
“I believe in capitalism. However, when some are given unfair advantages, it becomes corrupt cronyism,” citizen Phil McMillan told Texas Scorecard.
The Issue
The problem is “corporate welfare,” a longtime practice where state and local officials make “economic incentive” deals with handpicked businesses—whether they directly pay them taxpayer cash or give them special perks, such as exemption from taxes or regulations. Meanwhile, local businesses, homeowners, and apartment renters have never received such perks, and they know all too well they don’t get to play by those kind of rules.
On top of that, officials funnel citizens’ cash and privileges to companies that then lobby against citizens at the state Capitol. As Texas Scorecard reported, more than 60 major corporations recently signed an open letter to Texas’ officials promoting disfiguring “transgender” experiments on Texas minors; such experiments include administering sterilizing cross-sex hormones and puberty blocker drugs to children, as well as cutting off and mutilating adolescents’ healthy breasts or genitalia.
Several of those corporations—Apple, Microsoft, Emerson, Ikea, and others—are all hooked up to the state government’s taxpayer-funded welfare machine, and they’re sucking tens of millions of dollars..
“It is not the government’s job to pick the winners and losers,” said Greg Reinhart, a taxpayer from Lubbock.
“The equality of capitalism is what gives it honor. All participants should have the same starting line,” added Phil McMillan, a Plano resident. “The practice of corporate welfare kills small businesses that are competing in the same field.”
Furthermore, counties, cities, and school districts across the state use your money to make these deals (they’re allowed to by Chapter 313 of the Tax Code and Chapter 380/381 of the Local Government Code). And they often funnel to those same leftist corporations.
